Introduction

We are on a clear growth path with the Ballarat, Castlemaine, Tarnagulla, Berringa and Sebastian/Raydarra projects. With the successful gold production at Ballarat, modern world-class production facilities permitting attractive operating costs, and significant exploration potential of our other assets, the Company is well placed for ongoing future growth.

Sebastian/Raydara

Sebastian/Raydarra lies within the northern Bendigo structural corridor and includes the Frederick the Great and Bruhns fault systems which are mineralised at Sebastian. Assessment of the area using soil geochemistry, Aircore, RC and diamond drilling identified the potential for large-scale gold resources. Current focus is on regional drilling of shallow gold prospects as well as the initial exploration upon the Raydarra Exploration Licence.

Tarnagulla

Tarnagulla is situated 80 kilometres from Ballarat. The mines on the goldfield have previously produced at least 700,000 oz of gold and are home to the prolific Poverty Reef. Within this reef the Bonanza and Nick o' Time shoots produced impressive results and a substantial two year surface sampling and drilling program is in progress. This is aimed at providing a more regional generation of resource targets, preferably at shallow depths.

Castlemaine

Castlemaine is located only 80kms from Ballarat, and is Victoria's third largest goldfield. With a JORC Inferred Resource of between 413,000oz and 907,000 oz along approximately 700m of west dipping fault strike and as remnant areas in the Wattle Gully mine which which historically produced 415,000 ozs. The Company is focused on three main project areas with large resource potential; the Chewton Deposit & Wattle Gully, Cappers and Quartz Hill.

Ballarat

Ballarat is Castlemaine's flagship project. Gold production commenced in Q3 2011 and a 50,000 oz pa production rate is targeted for 2012 onwards. Drilling programs, mine development and further exploration programs are ongoing. The mineralisation along the Sulieman Line is targeted to be included in the Company's near-term gold production plan.

Berringa

Berringa is Victoria's ninth largest hard rock field. The Goldfield is ideally located only 25kms from the Ballarat mill. Simple mineralisation geometries which could afford visual mine and grade control. Targeted diamond drilling is planned to assess the possibility of regaining access into the workings in order to obtain a bulk sample with which to initiate mining.
