Wess has worked in the mining and exploration industry for 18 years across mineral provinces in Australia and Europe. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with Honours in Geology from Monash University, Melbourne and Masters of Minerals Economics from Curtin University, Perth.

He has worked mainly in gold mining and exploration with periods in base metals exploration and tin mining, holding senior geologist roles with Goldfields Limited, AurionGold, Placer Dome and Iberian Resources. He is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM) and The Society of Economic Geologists.

John W Jennings

John is an Associate Chartered Accountant and an Associate Chartered Secretary.  He   has held senior finance and accounting roles with public and large private companies in a range of industries, including mining and base metals.

Oliver A Halliwell

Administration manager

Oliver has an extensive range of experience in operational and processing management.  He has held senior executive positions in both private and public organizations with responsibilities that have incorporated business administration and management as well as environmental, safety and community affairs.
